With the approach of the annual celebration of All Saints’ Day, many Filipino families are therefore expected to travel through long-distance roads in order to pay their departed loved ones a visit. That said, Petron wishes to continue rendering assistance to motorists through its “Lakbay Alalay” program, an initiative that has been practiced by Petron for the past three decades, helping motorists attain “the best biyahe” as they travel to memorial parks and revisit their hometowns.
Given Petron’s high regard for customer satisfaction and safety, motorists can experience a variety of services as they make their way through designated Petron stations on major highways. Petron employee volunteers shall offer a BLOWBAG Safety Check covering Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brakes, Air (tire pressure), and Gas. Also, for added convenience, free parking and traffic assistance shall be made available for customers, mainly for the purpose of having a smooth and hassle-free stop.
Moreover, safety checks are also open to customers in cooperation with respective automobile partners, as well as free medical assistance, and a relaxing 15-minute massage can also be availed for free. These services are open to all motorists at the following Lakbay Alalay tents located at the parking lot of the stations.
Petron also wants to fuel the cravings of its customers for scrumptious treats along with other fun activities, as respective Food and lifestyle partners also offer product sampling and other fun activities.
Additionally, there’s a stickering campaign open to all. Mainly highlighting the importance of using seatbelts and the dangers of drunk driving, accompanied by such equipment as a seatbelt simulator and fatal vision goggles for visitors to try out. Lastly and more importantly, restrooms are to be kept clean at all times for easy and convenient usage of customers.
Goes to show that Petron wishes to stay on track with its commitment in serving total customer service. Lakbay Alalay activations shall commence by Wednesday, October 31 from 12:00 nn to 8:00 p.m. at the following Petron service stations:
- North Luzon: PEC1 NLEX, Marilao Bulacan; Parkville Km 42 Plaridel, Bulacan;
