It seemed like Hyundai can’t hold it until Chicago Auto Show, happening this February 9, as it launched a number of teaser photos of the 2018 Elantra GT.
The teasers reveal a familiar face that was seen a year ago. If you can’t quite follow, Hyundai debuted a model called the i30 at last year’s Paris Motor Show. In a glance, the all-new Elantra’s ‘Cascading’ grille already reveals obvious similarities with the i30. Not only its grille, but the headlights, the bumper, diffuser, and hood are all identical.
Included in the set of teasers are few shots of what the interior would look like. From the looks of it, the Elantra GT is fitted with red accents on the leather upholsteries, steering wheel, and around the push-start button.
The 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT is the South Korean marque’s entry for the 5-door compact hatchbacks.
