ACMobility’s Greenstrum is expanding its push into commercial EV infrastructure, offering businesses a way to build and operate their own charging networks with support ranging from equipment supply and installation to energy storage and after-sales service.
The company specializes in the design, supply, and installation of EV charging systems, with chargers spanning from 7 kW to 480 kW. The setup allows businesses to retain ownership of their charging assets and operate them under their own brand, whether the goal is to electrify a company fleet or establish a dedicated EV charging business.
"Businesses have different goals in building their own EV infrastructure, whether it’s to operate their own fleets or to set up their own EV charging business. Greenstrum can provide tailor-fit solutions to support this need through expert installation services, backed by superior equipment for both EV charging as well as battery technology, and a proven record of safety and service excellence.”
A key part of Greenstrum’s offering is its use of Huawei’s FusionCharge fast DC charging technology. The system is designed with protection against grid overload and other electrical hazards, while Greenstrum also provides maintenance support for its installations.
The company is also a certified installation and integration partner for Huawei’s Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This gives businesses another option for managing the additional power requirements that come with high-demand EV charging sites.
Greenstrum deploys Huawei’s LUNA2000 Smart Energy Storage System as an energy buffer for charging facilities. The system can store electricity when demand is low and release it when charging demand increases. In practice, this can help operators manage peak demand, make better use of existing electrical capacity, and potentially reduce energy costs and the need for costly electrical infrastructure upgrades.
Its charging installations are also solar-ready and can be integrated with the Evro app. Through the platform, EV drivers can locate available charging stations, monitor charging sessions, and make payments.
Greenstrum already has experience supporting large-scale charging infrastructure, including the installation of EV chargers for ACMobility EV Charging Hubs. Its portfolio includes fast DC chargers capable of delivering up to 480 kW, with compatible EVs potentially gaining enough charge for continued travel in as little as 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the vehicle and charging conditions.
The company also uses intelligent power-sharing technology that can distribute available power between multiple vehicles. This allows charging sites to make better use of their available electrical capacity while reducing the need for major grid upgrades.
For local installations, Greenstrum says its projects comply with the Philippine Electrical Code and are supported by Department of Energy accreditation. Design and installation work is handled by qualified professional electrical and registered electrical engineers. The company also offers additional services such as on-site connectivity and CCTV installation, along with complimentary preventive maintenance during the warranty period.
With its combination of charging equipment, battery storage, installation, and technical support, Greenstrum is positioning itself as an end-to-end partner for businesses looking to establish their own EV infrastructure.
Its commercial EV charging solutions are now available nationwide to property developers, fleet operators, and automotive OEMs. Considering owning an EV? Visit the AutoDeal EV Car Guide to view the latest EVs on sale in the Philippines, including EVs from ACMobility’s portfolio like BYD and Kia.
