Land Rover Philippines has confirmed the availability of the all-new Defender 90 and 110 SUV. The British brand’s most rugged offering is coming to the Philippines, to complete the three pillars of Land Rover’s product family.
According to the brand, the first units to arrive in the Philippines will be custom orders. Land Rover is experiencing superb demand for this new model globally, and are adopting a production slot reservation system to ensure a unit for clients who avail of this iconic classic. Those who order can expect their unit to arrive mid next year, with existing reservation slots set to be fulfilled in May 2020. The Defender 90 will soon follow shortly, with arrival being slated for July 2020.
Customers who want to avail of the new model should go to the Defender Den where they can customize and configure many things in the car. Land Rover also offers several packages that allow buyers to accessorize their Defender to suit different environments. Accessory packages such as the Urban Pack, Country Pack, Adventure Pack, and Explorer Pack add items based on the purpose consumers want their capable SUVs for.
The base price of the 2020 Defender 110 is P6,090,000, and adding an accessory pack will bring up the price accordingly. The Urban Pack can be had for P6,210,000, while the Country Pack is a bit more expensive at P6,260,000. For more rugged offerings, the Adventure Pack will set you back P6,340,000, while the Explorer Pack tops the selection at P6,510,000. Even more exorbitant still is the First Edition, and it comes in at P9,290,000 as a limited production run.
All Land Rover units will also come with a 3-year warranty that includes a free 5-year service plan from the brand’s service center, ensuring a premium vehicle with peace of mind to boot.

Reservation will cost P250,000. This amount will secure a production slot in the factory where the Defender is made once the unit's specifications are configured. Afterwards, the reservation fee will be converted into a downpayment for the vehicle after an additional payment is made to bring the amount up to 10% of the total suggested retail price.
