Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines (OJPH) have signed an agreement with Bosch Car Service, making it the official partner for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and warranty servicing. From now on, owners of Omoda and Jaecoo cars can go to any accredited Bosch Car Service Workshop for after-sales needs. This setup helps make servicing easier and does not void the vehicle warranty, as long as it’s done at an official Bosch workshop.
Included services are Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS), general repairs, parts retail or wholesale, and warranty jobs. All work will be handled by Bosch-trained mechanics, using proper equipment and service processes. This gives owners more flexibility in choosing where to bring their cars, especially in places where dealers or showrooms are small or hard to reach.
OJPH also shared that nine Bosch workshops are already up and running in Metro Manila and nearby areas like Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. New locations are also coming soon, with nine more shops planned for areas such as Batangas, Baguio, and Tagaytay/Alfonso. This growing service network means more coverage outside major cities, making it easier for customers to find a nearby service center.
Aside from wider access, the partnership also comes with proper parts support. Omoda and Jaecoo said their warehouse has a 98 percent fill rate, which means parts are usually ready and available. This helps avoid delays and keeps cars from being stuck in service longer than needed. Owners also get access to a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on certain variants, and new units come with a five-year or 150,000 km warranty, plus free service labor for five years or 100,000 km, and 24-hour emergency assistance.
OJPH Country Director Marc Zhang said that the partnership with Bosch is meant to give customers more peace of mind when it comes to car maintenance. The brand wants buyers to feel confident not just when buying the car, but also during the years of ownership that follow.
