Solar Transport and Automotive Resources Corporation (STAR Corp), the local importer and distributor of BYD cars, relaunched their showroom down south. The BYD Batangas dealership is located in Brgy. Concepcion, Batangas City, Batangas.
BYD Batangas chairman Cesar V. Areza, is pleased to be part of BYD Philippines, which offers high quality vehicles such as the F0 hatchback, F3 and L3 sedans, S6 SUV, the remote-controlled F5 Suri, and the sports hybrid sedan, the Qin.
A motorcade was conducted to generate awareness of the reopening of BYD Batangas. Moreover, participants were also invited to test drive BYD vehicles at the Areza Development & Marketing Corporation (ADMC) parking lot. He also added that the network of dealerships and alliance of business will cater to the motoring needs of the people in the CALABARZON area.

He also added that they are planning to open a dealership in Cebu to cater their customers in the Visayas.
BYD Batangas is managed by the Areza Group led by Cesar Gabriel Areza, Areza Motor Sales president; Justin Solana, COO; and Belen Yap, BYD Batangas Sales Manager.
Mr. Tieng welcomes this partnership with the Areza Group and hopes that this will contribute to spread awareness and acceptance of the BYD brand in the territories where the Areza Group is present in.
