BYD Cars Philippines is on a roll. The ACMobility-backed brand opened a string of new dealerships throughout the second quarter of 2026, planting its flag in cities from Luzon down to Mindanao as it works to put electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles within reach of more Filipino drivers.
The expansion isn't just about opening doors, though. BYD says its real focus is on backing up that growing dealership count with consistent service standards, no matter which branch a customer walks into.
“Our focus goes far beyond simply offering great new energy vehicles. We are dedicated to making electric ownership attainable through our expansive dealership network nationwide. These new facilities reflect a promise to support our customers at every single step of their electric vehicle journey, ensuring that making the switch is easy and driving electric becomes a practical reality for everyday life.”
Two new dealerships now serve Metro Manila. BYD Valenzuela, positioned across SM City Valenzuela, has become the brand's biggest facility in the entire National Capital Region. With 11 service bays and a spot that serves as a natural jump-off point to both the metro and Northern Luzon, the branch fits neatly with Valenzuela's ongoing "Go Green" push.
Not far off, BYD Otis opened up in the heart of Manila City. The branch splits its space between a showroom stocked with BYD's current lineup and a separate 10-bay service center built to keep up with the demands of city driving.
South of the metro, Cavite welcomed BYD Dasmariñas, adding to the province's growing lineup of EV dealers. It's the third BYD branch in Cavite and the eighth operating dealer in Region 4-A overall, giving residents there a place to check out electrified vehicles without making the trip to Manila.
Up north, BYD Angeles opened near the Clark Freeport Zone, bringing the brand's Central Luzon count to ten dealerships and its Pampanga count to three. The 12-bay facility taps directly into an area known for its fast business and lifestyle growth.
Two locations are now ready to serve La Union as well. BYD La Union functions as a full-service hub, covering everything from sales to charging under a single roof. Down the road, BYD Rosario set up shop at a SeaOil gas station, a move meant to boost the brand's visibility in a high-traffic area.
BYD didn't stop at Luzon. The brand also opened BYD Zamboanga, its very first dealership in the city and only its second across the entire Zamboanga Peninsula. Given that Zamboanga City functions as a key trade and logistics hub for Western Mindanao, the new six-bay facility gives a sizable urban population a much closer option for EV sales and aftersales support.
With this latest wave of openings, BYD Cars Philippines continues building out both its dealership footprint and its charging network, signaling that electric driving in the country is shifting from a future concept to something drivers can actually access today.
