Chery Auto Philippines has officially introduced the Tiggo rEV Luxury Edition (LE), a seven-seater plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) priced at P1,528,000.
The Tiggo rEV LE builds on the brand’s best-selling hybrid crossover SUV and features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a dedicated hybrid transmission. The system produces 201 hp and 310 Nm of torque and offers a combined electric and hybrid range of up to 1,400 kilometers.
The model is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, rear cross traffic alert, and blind spot monitoring. It also comes with a 540-degree camera system with dynamic guidelines and a built-in digital video recorder.
Inside, the Tiggo rEV LE has a 15.6-inch floating infotainment display, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other features include ventilated front seats, a heads-up display, panoramic sunroof, smart proximity key access, and a Sony 12-speaker sound system. Additional convenience highlights include a heads-up display (HUD), hidden-type exterior door handles for a sleek profile, and remote engine start with brake pedal trigger.
“Our goal is to set a new benchmark for what customers should expect in this segment. The Tiggo rEV LE delivers outstanding value, advanced technology, and premium comfort at a price that challenges industry conventions.”
The vehicle runs on Chery’s Super Hybrid system, which is compatible with both Type 2 and CCS2 charging standards. This allows it to operate as a zero-emission vehicle in electric mode while maintaining range flexibility for longer trips.
The all-new Chery Tiggo rEV LE is now available at dealerships nationwide and is currently being showcased at the Chery Super Hybrid Roadshow at SM Ortigas until September 25, 2025. To explore the Tiggo rEV LE’s full specs and features, visit the Chery Car Guide on AutoDeal.com.ph.
