Chery Philippines elevates after-sales package for customers

United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI), the official distributor of Chery vehicles in the Philippines updated its suite of vehicle warranties and aftersales programs. According to the Chinese automaker, the new Chery Premium Preserv package “specially-crafted platform designed specifically for the Filipino car owner.”

It includes the brand’s industry-leading 10-5-3-3 protection. For starters, it comes with a 10-year or 1,000,000 km engine warranty along with a 5-year 150,000 km general warranty. On top of both warranties, the brand also includes a 3-year free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) that covers comprehensive maintenance service as well as the motor oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid, and transmission oil change. 

Chery owners will also have complete confidence with their ride all thanks to the inclusion of a complete check-up and computerized scan for the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electronics during the first 3 years of ownership. Notably, the 3-year free PMS will save Chery owners as much as P50,000 in vehicle maintenance costs.

This sweet after-sales package is then topped off with Chery’s 3-year free Emergency Roadside Assistance that includes minor onsite repairs, emergency towing assistance, and crane services. Some unique factors to this program include Roadside Emergency Tracker Assistance, Cashless Fully Indemnified Coverage, Rapid Response Team, and even hotel accommodation. Owners will also have access to directory assistance, hospital and ambulance assistance, as well as traffic information, and road condition updates in Metro Manila.

For a more convenient experience, Chery retained its EC Mobile Service which allows owners to have their vehicle serviced at the comfort of their homes. Its crew of experts can perform a range of services aside from PMS, such as troubleshooting and diagnosis, jumpstarting and battery testing, and many more.
