Ford PH, in partnership with AutoDeal.com.ph, has simplified car buying for Overseas Filipino Workers with the OFW Assist program. Through this, OFWs can now purchase a Ford vehicle even when they are miles away from home.
AutoDeal.com.ph, an online car buying website, created a dedicated customer service e-mail hotline to guide OFWs through their vehicle purchase. The said program includes a listing of Ford vehicles, which is available for purchase through AutoDeal. Moreover, the OFW Assist program comes with a test drive booking option for the OFW’s family members in the Philippines. It also has an EastWest Bank online loan applications for Ford vehicles.
We’re continually enhancing and expanding our customer experience, and our Ford OFW Assist program provides a hassle-free car buying service that specifically caters to Filipinos working abroad,” said Ford PH managing director Lance Mosley.
In line with this, OFWs who purchase a Fiesta, Focus, EcoSport, Ranger or Everest through the OFW Assist Program are entitled to a free Scheduled Service Plan (SSP) worth up to P30,000, depending on the model.
Ford said that its SSP is a pre-paid, worry-free maintenance plant that covers the vehicle for up to a 5-year period from the date of purchase.
