Ford Philippines recently celebrated its top-performing dealers at the 2025 Ford Dealer Convention, held at the Solaire Grand Ballroom in Parañaque City. The event was all about recognizing the hard work and achievements of dealer teams and individuals across the country.
Awards were given out in key categories like Sales, Service, and Customer Experience (CX). In the Sales category, recognition went to those who led the pack in retail and fleet vehicle sales. Meanwhile, the Service awards highlighted those who delivered top-notch after-sales support, whether through warranties, parts, accessories, or extended services.
Customer satisfaction also took the spotlight, with the CX category honoring those who achieved high customer ratings in both sales and service interactions.
Adding to the celebration, Ford’s bank partners, EastWest Bank and BPI, also commended dealers who closed the most vehicle bookings and retail accounts through bank financing.
“We thank our dealer teams for what they do for Ford and our customers every day. They represent us in delivering the Ford ownership experience in their respective dealerships, and we are proud to shine the spotlight on the roster of outstanding dealers for their significant contributions to the business.”
To give you a better picture of the standout performers of the night, here’s a quick recap of the awardees across each category. In the Sales category, Justine Faith Lim from Ford Global City emerged as a major winner, clinching multiple titles including top Metro Manila retail sales consultant and best sales consultant for Ranger, Everest, and Territory. Other notable awardees from Metro Manila included Maria Cristina Avila from Ford Manila, Jackie Lou Terrado from Ford Quezon Avenue, Anna Marie Asne from Ford Global City, and Roxette Santy from Ford Manila Bay.
In the provincial ranks, Jocel Orfianas of Ford Clark led the pack, with strong showings from Aira Janica Quizon of Ford Pampanga, Erika Jean Fortuno from Ford Cainta, followed by Ma Romela Clai Manalo also from Ford Cainta, and Allan Velasco Orias from Ford Dagupan. Provincial top honors for specific models went to Roxanne Marie Roa of Ford Cagayan de Oro (Ranger), Quizon again for Everest (this time representing Ford General Santos), and Orfianas for the Territory.
Ford Manila took the top dealer award for fleet sales, while Ford Pampanga and Ford Global City were named top provincial and metro dealers, respectively. The ANC Group earned the distinction of top-selling dealer group.

In the Service category, Reynold Andres from Ford Isabela was named Warranty Processor of the Year. Ford Global City flexed its skills, taking top spots in both accessories and extended service business sales. For parts wholesale performance, Ford EDSA led Metro Manila, while Ford Ormoc topped the provincial list. Those two dealerships also won Service Team of the Year for their respective regions.

The Customer Experience awards spotlighted Ford Alabang, which was named the top dealer in overall CX, and also led in both sales and service customer experience. Ford Global City and Ford Manila also ranked high in sales CX, while Ford Iloilo joined the top three for service CX. On the individual side, Marje Villarosa from Ford Batangas topped the customer experience index for sales consultants, followed by Anna Marie Roxas Asne and Justine Faith Lim, both from Ford Global City. For service advisors, Carina Tanedo from Ford Alabang led the group, followed by colleagues Ruffa Maninantan and Junjun Macalalad, with Arvin Jay Seriritan of Ford Iloilo and Emilio Hermida of Ford Subic rounding out the top five.
Lastly, bank partners EastWest Bank and BPI gave their own set of awards. Ford Balintawak, Ford Cainta, Ford Cebu, and Ford Davao took top dealer honors across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, respectively, under EastWest. The ANC Group was their top-selling dealer group, while the Ford ECY Group had the highest penetration rate. BPI echoed many of those winners, also awarding Ford Alabang and the same regional standouts. Their top group honors went to the WQT Group, with ARB Group achieving the highest penetration rate.
