Ford Territory Hybrid

Ford Philippines is marking the first anniversary of the Ford Territory Hybrid in the local market, celebrating a year that has seen the electrified crossover become one of the country's top-selling hybrid models.

The Philippines holds a unique place in the Territory Hybrid's story, becoming the first market within Ford's International Markets Group to launch the model in 2025. Its arrival followed the strong reception of the standard Territory, which has remained a popular choice among Filipino buyers since its debut in 2020.

Available in Titanium X and Trend variants, the Territory Hybrid entered the market with a starting price of P1,399,000. Its competitive pricing, combined with hybrid technology, quickly attracted first-time car buyers, young professionals, and growing families looking to make the switch to electrified mobility.

The model reached its first major milestone just over three months after launch by surpassing 1,000 customers. Demand has continued to grow since then. According to official data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI), Ford sold 2,760 units of the Territory Hybrid from January to June 2026, making it the country's best-selling hybrid small utility vehicle during the period.

Since its launch in August 2025, total Territory Hybrid sales have climbed to 4,405 units over the past 12 months. Ford attributes the model's continued momentum to its combination of fuel efficiency, practicality, modern technology, and refined driving experience.

“The success of the Territory Hybrid isn’t measured solely by sales, but by the growing community of owners who make it part of their daily commute. We celebrate these milestones with our customers, and we thank them for their trust and support.”

Powering the Territory Hybrid is a dedicated 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine paired with an electric motor and a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission. The system delivers fuel economy of up to 19.6 km/L while recharging the battery through regenerative braking, eliminating the need for external charging.

Its spacious cabin, advanced driver assistance features, and improved fuel efficiency have made it an appealing option for motorists considering their first hybrid vehicle without changing their everyday driving habits.

To celebrate the model's first year in the market, Ford Philippines has also launched the #OneTerritoryHybrid social media campaign. The initiative encourages owners to share photos and videos highlighting their experiences with the Territory Hybrid by using the hashtag #OneTerritoryHybrid and tagging @fordphilippines on Facebook or Instagram.

Among those who shared their stories is fitness coach and content creator Zach Peña, who said the Territory Hybrid has become his preferred daily driver because of its quiet operation, fuel savings, and practicality for both daily commutes and family trips.

Environmentalist and mental health advocate Cat Triviño also praised the model, saying it allowed her to reduce her environmental impact without the need to rely on charging infrastructure, offering a balance between improved fuel efficiency and everyday convenience.

With strong sales in its first year and a growing community of owners, Ford Philippines expects the Territory Hybrid to build on its momentum as it enters its second year in the local market. Ford also adds that it remains committed to offering vehicles that deliver a balance of efficiency, performance, and practicality for Filipino motorists.
