Let’s be real, long lines at service centers can be tiring, but with the new Ford Mandaue service center now open, there’s more space and more service bays for your Ford. Ford Philippines has made its service support stronger in the Visayas with the opening of a new Ford service facility in Mandaue City, Cebu. The new center is operated in partnership with Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI), the group that runs Ford dealerships in the region.
Located on North Road, Barangay Jagobiao, Mandaue, this new service center gives Ford owners a bigger and better place for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. The opening also reflects the growing number of Ford drivers in Cebu and nearby areas. Ford Mandaue is now the largest Ford service facility in the Visayas. The service area covers 12,000 square meters, with over 20 service bays and over 30 body and paint bays. With this size, the center can now handle more vehicles at once. It also has a three-vehicle display area where customers can check out the latest Ford models.
Pedro Simoes, Ford Philippines Managing Director, said that Ford Mandaue shows the brand’s goal of giving good service and after-sales support to its customers for years to come. Andre Borromeo, General Manager of FAVI, added that they are happy to open the new Ford Mandaue center and aim to give customers in Cebu a better experience when it comes to service and support.
"We are thrilled to officially open Ford Mandaue and bring the Ford brand of ownership experience to more customers in Cebu. With this expansive service facility, we look forward to creating and maintaining lasting relationships with our current and future customers as we continue to make aftersales a top priority for our business.”
As part of the opening celebration, Ford Philippines and Ford Mandaue are offering an exclusive promo. The first 50 customers who reserve and purchase a Ford vehicle from Ford Mandaue between June 5 and June 30, 2025, will receive an extra cash savings of up to P50,000. This offer is open to new customers who do not have an active reservation with Ford Cebu, Ford Talisay, or any other Ford dealer. A reservation fee of P10,000 is required for Territory, Everest, and Ranger models, while P30,000 is required for the Mustang and Explorer.
Ford Mandaue is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you’re not nearby or don’t have time to visit in person, you can easily view Ford models and get a quote through AutoDeal.com.ph.
