Ford opens a brand-new dealership in North Caloocan with ANC Group

Ford shopping just got easier if you're near North Metro Manilla or Central Luzon. Ford Philippines has expanded its network by opening a new dealership in North Caloocan, in partnership with the ANC+ Group of Companies. The newly opened Ford dealership, located on a 1,711-square meter property, will serve customers in North Metro Manila, Quezon City, and nearby provinces in Central Luzon with Ford’s range of vehicles and improved aftersales services.

The dealership includes a modern showroom that allows customers to explore the latest Ford models. It features seven service bays, with space for future expansion. Adhering to Ford's global dealership branding guidelines, Ford North Caloocan gives a uniform appearance with its Ford Signature design, which includes a well-defined brand wall, entrance tower, and Ford signage. 

The interior of the dealership also looks customer-friendly and interactive, featuring a welcome pod at the entrance and an improved vehicle display area for better presentation of cars. The dealership also includes a purchase room that facilitates smooth transactions, a customer lounge with internet access and charging stations for gadgets, and an improved celebration bay and service reception areas to improve the overall customer experience.

Technologically advanced features have also been integrated into the dealership to make the sales and after-sales processes smoother, connecting customers' online purchasing experiences with physical, in-store interactions.

Mike Breen, Managing Director of Ford Philippines, commented on the expansion, saying that the new dealership reflects the growing customer preference for Ford in the Philippines. On the other hand, Anthony Cheng, dealer principal of the ANC+ Group of Companies, thanked Ford Philippines for their ongoing partnership which made this new dealership possible. He encouraged all customers to visit Ford North Caloocan to view and test drive Ford vehicles and consult with trained sales and service experts. As of now, the new facility is the eighth Ford dealership operated by the ANC+ Group.
