Ford Philippines has recently introduced Territory Assure+, a program designed to enhance the ownership experience for Ford Territory drivers with a range of upgraded services.
Territory Assure+ offers a comprehensive set of service initiatives to ensure a convenient and stress-free experience for both current and previous-generation Territory owners.
As part of this program, owners can take advantage of the Express Service, which provides quick and reliable periodic maintenance, including a car wash, all completed within just 90 minutes.
Next in the suite, Territory Assure+ includes Free Pick-up and Delivery, allowing customers to have their vehicles collected and returned to their preferred location for maintenance. With this service, expert care is brought right to your door. The service is free within a five-kilometer radius for Ford dealers inside Metro Manila and eight kilometers for provincial dealers.
Additionally, Territory owners can take advantage of Mobility Support, offering access to loaner vehicles from a Ford dealership if their vehicle requires repairs lasting more than a day, ensuring they stay on the road. Do not, however, that this part of the program is subject to availability.
“Our Territory owners are mostly from the young population who are digitally-savvy, always on the go, and pursue busy and active lifestyles. With the Territory Assure+, we are giving them the confidence and peace of mind in owning their Territory, so they can enjoy every driving moment with their friends and family.”
Lastly, Territory Assure+ enhances customer support by offering a dedicated email address for product or service-related inquiries. This is in addition to Ford’s existing hotline and social media channels, providing owners with multiple convenient options for reaching out with their questions.
The Ford Territory is one of the most popular vehicles in Ford’s lineup right now and for good reason. This crossover boasts a ton of safety features, tech amenities, and best of all, a handsome exterior. Curious to see what else the Territory has to offer? Check it out on AutoDeal.com.ph where you can find promos, prices, and a quick way to connect with official Ford sales agents, all in one place.
