Ford Philippines, together with the MOS Autosolutions, Inc., opened its 49th dealership in Marikina City. The new dealership is one of the biggest facilities that the Blue Oval has in the country. It has an operating floor space of 11,000 square meters with an 8-car showroom display. At the back, it has 26 services bays, which include express services areas along with body and paint and two interactive bays.
The new dealership is also the first dealership to follow Ford’s new global dealership branding guidelines. It showcases a more globally-aligned look and feel. The new design also allows customers a better dealership environment and experience.
Furthermore, the dealership can also provide customers with a more engaging, interactive, and inclusive environment. As customers enter the dealership, they are first greeted by a Ford welcome pod that is located on the showroom floor. The space of the showroom itself has also been optimized to properly showcase the vehicles on display. It lets prospective buyers look at the vehicle properly from bumper to bumper.
For those who have made their choice, purchase rooms are available towards the rear of the showroom. These are designed to encourage a smooth interaction between customers and sales staff. Customers who are in the dealership to service their vehicles can opt to wait at the customer lounge where they can connect online, charge gadgets, and work remotely.
The addition of a new Ford dealership in ur growing network in the country testifies to the growing preference for the Ford brand in the country as we continue to widen our reach to customers in the eastern part of Manila. This is another major milestone that we share with our new dealer partner MOS Autosoultions, Inc., and we look forward to serving our customers in this area with this newest dealership facility
