On its own, the Ford Bronco is a competent off-roading rig that can handle most situations easily. Here in the Philippines, the Ford Bronco is available in the Outer Banks trim with the Sasquatch package installed making it even more capable off the beaten track.
Over in the US, Ford has introduced a new one-off version of the Bronco that they say will be able to aid you in finding the elusive Sasquatch ‘Bigfoot’. The custom-built Bronco, named the Sasquatch Searcher, began as the two-door Badlands model equipped with Ford's Sasquatch package. From there, it was outfitted with additional features like a roof-mounted lightbar, extra off-road cameras, and a tree-patterned camouflage wrap. These enhancements are designed to aid in the quest to spot the mythical Bigfoot.
Ford has also enhanced the cabin, featuring reupholstered seats, new sill plates, and a custom awning with camping chairs. These additions will come in handy when you finally track down Bigfoot and get the chance to interview the hairy beast, or if you just want to kick back and relax if the hunt gets boring.
This special Bronco is not for sale, rather, it can only be obtained via sweepstakes. The contest is hosted on Ford's Bronco Instagram account, where people can find all the details. Participants will solve puzzles to uncover hidden information, with clues provided across social media, Reddit, and even "out in the wild." According to Ford, certain locations known for reported Bigfoot sightings will feature posters and signs with phone numbers to call, offering additional hints for those taking part. Oh, but before you go strapping those boots on, this competition is only available in America. No Bigfoot sightings have ever been detailed in the Philippines yet, unfortunately.
While this unique Bronco isn't up for grabs in the Philippines, you can still kick off your own adventure by purchasing a Ford Bronco. Visit the Ford Car Guide on AutoDeal.com.ph to explore the Bronco and connect with a sales agent in just minutes.
