FOTON Motor Philippines, Inc. (FMPI) formally inaugurated its Bacoor showroom on February 13, 2019. The 28th dealership in the brand’s nationwide network, and the second to be put up in the province of Cavite, the facility showcases a fully furnished vehicle showroom paired with a state of the art service center. Opened by Alphamile Automotive Dealers Incorporated, the new showroom is built to accommodate clients, both new and old.
The 2,500 square meter facility can accommodate up to 10 vehicles in its service center. The new dealership comes with 10 bays specifically designed to fit either passenger or commercial vehicles. Being proud of the work that goes into their vehicles, Foton Bacoor boasts a display and repair area exclusive to heavy duty trucks.
It is a trend amongst most commercial vehicle manufacturers to situate themselves near economic zones. Located along the stretch of Bacoor Boulevard in Barangay Niog III, the showroom is nestled nicely in Cavite. With business like food processing, pharmaceuticals, and agribusinesses being prominent in the region, the showroom gives the FOTON brand the chance to offer its products and services to the businesses of the region.
The grand opening of FOTON Bacoor is the latest proof point in the ongoing expansion of our dealer network. It also supports our aggressive growth and commitment to deliver a consistent and world-class customer and ownership experience in both rural and urban areas across the country. From there, we came to realize that FOTON, with its diverse and well-positioned lineup, its commitment to help build the nation, and most importantly, its supremely dedicated and supportive people, was the brand that made the most sense for our first venture into the industry.
FOTON Philippines will be supplying the PUV Modernization Program with the hopes to propel the Philippine public transport system into a modern era. With increasing demand for light commercial vehicles, light duty trucks, medium & heavy duty trucks, and heavy equipment, FOTON is set to provide support to the various infrastructure projects being executed by the government.
Currently entering its 12th year in the Philippines, the brand has made a name for itself, securing the 9th overall sales leader in the local auto industry. By the end of 2019 FOTON is looking to expand more dealerships throughout the country. Expect a few more dealerships to be established in Congressional Avenue, Pasig, Metro Clark, Bacolor, Tagbilaran, and Iloilo.
