The exclusive distributor of Foton vehicles in the Philippines, United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), has good news for its customers. Owners, whether passenger vehicle or light duty truck, can now order spare parts through the brand’s new Easy and Convenient (EC) Genuine Parts Program.
All Foton vehicle owners have to do is to simply call the EC Parts hotline at 0999-999-9996 (which is very easy to remember by the way). An EC Parts Representative will then assist customers and give feedback with regards to the availability and price of the spare part/s needed. In addition, they will also help locate the nearest Foton dealership where they can claim the item once available.
It’s basically getting what your FOTON vehicle needs in just a single text or ring. In this manner, we are boosting customer brand confidence not only in our products but also in our after sales services, as it is equally important with unit sales as well.

The EC Genuine Parts Program is surely a step forward by UAAGI in improving its after sales and customer service. This is a timely move by the brand as it looks to strengthen its presence in the Philippines and capitalizing on the growing commercial vehicle market by opening four more branches.
According to the brand, these new dealerships will be located in Bauang, La Union; Bacoor, Cavite; Talisay, Cebu; and Puerto, Princesa Palawan. Its La Union branch will be the first dealership in the Ilocos region.
Recently, Foton Philippines opened its 24th dealership in the country. It is a 1,300 square meter facility that features a showroom for both passenger and light duty trucks. It also has a parts and service center, while housing the branch’s sales offices.
