GAC Motor Racing Team bags 5 trophies at 2022 Petron Kalayaan Cup

The five-man racing team won big with the GAC GA4 compact sedan in tow.

GAC and its GA4 compact sedan have once again proved their mettle on the racetrack. Earlier this June, the GAC Motor Racing Team showed up at Clark International Speedway for the 2022 Petron Kalayaan Cup 12 HR Endurance Race Challenge Series and dominated their way to five trophies.

Led by GAC Motor Philippines Deputy CEO Brennan S. Lim, the GAC Motor Team included decorated racer Milo Rivera as well as Andre Tan, Estefano Rivera, and Kody Ng.

With the GAC GA4 in tow, the GAC Motor Racing Team bagged the following trophies at the 2022 Petron Kalayaan Cup:

6 hours - Open A Champion
6 hours - Open B Champion
12 hours - Open A 1st Runner Up
12 hours - Open B 1st Runner Up
Overall - 1st Runner Up

The endurance race victories garnered by the GA4 since 2019 are an assurance that this compact offering, as well as other GAC vehicles, will be able to withstand the demanding conditions that their owners would subject them to in the coming years.
