The Geely Coolray scores a 5-star rating for the ASEAN NCAP

In terms of its adult occupant protection, the Coolray was able to get 13.42 points out of 16 for the front impact test as well as a 16/16 for its side-impact test. It is important to note that the ASEAN NCAP states that even with these higher scores there is still a low to medium risk of injury for adults seated at the front.

When it comes to child occupant protection the Geely crossover is no slouch either as it scores impressively in this category. The Coolray was able to get perfect scores for front and side-impact protection for children, making it one of the safest crossovers you can buy in the Philippines.

When it comes to its safety assist technology the Coolray also scores well, thanks to its stability control, a 360-degree camera, and a blind-spot monitoring system. With these features, the crossover was able to get a full 5-star safety rating from the crash testing organization.
