Now that there are more relaxed travel restrictions, many people are finally going out and are ready for local travel. With land travel and road trips being popular options to get out of the city, Geely Philippines and the NLEX Corporation have recently launched their NLEX Lakbay Norte tour. This tour aims to help the tourism industry bounce back from the pandemic by showcasing destinations and cultural highlights in North and Central Luzon.
For November 2021, the NLEX Lakbay tour goes to Pampanga, the home of culinary and gastronomic delights coupled with fun-filled adventure and cultural finds.
Ever since, Geely has been putting a high premium on safety for its vehicles. We’ve always been vocal about equating value with safety by putting in our minds the drivers and passengers in every vehicle we introduce to the market. We want to give them peace of mind in every Geely drive.Ever since, Geely has been putting a high premium on safety for its vehicles. Nishi continues by stating “I believe, this partnership can effectively slowly revive the tourism industry in the Philippines with safe travels.
On the part of the NLEX corporation, its president and General Manager J. Luigi L. Bautista has stated that “We are happy with the partnership with Geely as we both strive to provide safe and convenient travel to the public, as well as support economic recovery through tourism.”
With more and more people itching to get out of their houses and travel by land, this tour and program will help remind interested travelers where they can head to next on a safe journey. The areas emphasized on the tour will also benefit greatly from the renewed flow of people as the incoming business will help with the local economy with renewed growth. That said, even with travel restrictions lifting it's still important to stay safe and follow the health and safety guidelines at all times.
