Geely Philippines is quickly becoming an established brand in the local automotive market with the success of its models such as the Geely Coolray, Geely Okavango, and the Geely Azkarra. With that in mind, the automaker has recently announced that it is continuing its plans for expansion with the groundbreaking of three new facilities in key areas in the country. These new facilities will soon rise in Bacolod, Calamba, and Tacloban.
For its Calamba dealership, the automaker broke ground with Alphamile Automotive Dealers Inc. on a new facility. The new outlet will be housed on a 1,500 sqm lot that is located at AH26 highway Barangay Makiling Calamba Laguna. That planned dealership will have six service bays and will also be able to display six vehicles in the showroom.
Geely's new Bacolod dealership, on the other hand, will sit on a 1,000 sqm lot and will be located along Magsaysay Ave. in Bacolod City. The new facility will have a six-vehicle service bay area at the rear and a 4 to 5 car showroom at the front. This new facility along with the soon-to-rise Tacloban dealership will be both under the management of Topcars Autoworld Corporation.
The new Tacloban facility will also have similar specifications to the Bacolod dealership as it too sits on a 1,000 sqm plot of land. It will also feature a 6 vehicle service area along with a 4 to 5 car showroom display. The new dealership is located along the Tabuan National Highway in Palo Leyte.
All three facilities are expected to be fully operational by the start of 2022 to better address the budding markets in their respective areas.
I am very pleased to welcome Geely Calamba, Tacloban, and Bacolod in the Geely network as we aggressively expand our dealership network in the Southern Luzon provinces, Visayas, and the rest of the country.
