Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), the official distributor of the Geely brand in the Philippines, announces its accolades at this year’s Geely Automotive Annual International Conference. Top executives from the Geely Automotive International Corporation were in attendance along with representatives from 35 overseas distributors.
The three awards SGAP received were as follows:
Outstanding Distributor Award
Based on overall sales, marketing efforts, strategies, and after-sales service indexes, SGAP received this award topping the rest of the brand’s South East Asian arms. SGAP was one of three distributors that received the award.
Best Network Award
This award recognizes the brand’s performance in sales, market share expansion, customer satisfaction, and quality of services. SGAP was proud to receive this award following its boom in popularity in the country, with its North EDSA dealership being the flagship showroom with top-tier performance figures to boot. SGAP states that it was able to achieve more than 100 sales per month on average.
Best Customer Service Award
SGAP prides itself on its world-class service, and this award was given based on overall customer satisfaction and experience. More than 30 facilities under Geely’s standard are leading to 100 percent service coverage across the country. SGAP is also reporting a 115 percent service retention and a 300 percent increase in sales on top of a high 9.6 out of 10 service satisfaction index score.
