It’s no doubt that the Everest is one of Ford Philippines’ best-sellers. In fact, the midsize SUV has reached its 30,000th model rolling out of the showrooms. The buyer, Timoteo Pardillo, a 59-year old Filipino seaman, was pretty lucky as the company celebrated this milestone with him on the receiving end.
Ford Asia-Pacific President Peter Fleet and Ford ASEAN President Yukontorn "Vickie" Wisadkosin personally handed over Pardillo’s keys to the latter’s representative, Amador Razo, Jr.
He was also given a complimentary two-year scheduled service plan (SSP) worth P30,000 — a prepaid protection plan meant to cushion the owner from increasing parts and labor fees. This lasts from the day of purchase until up to 5 years.
Pardillo is a self-confessed patron of Ford vehicles. The Aluminum Metallic 4x2 Everest Trend AT is his third car from the American oval, with an EcoSport and a previous generation Everest as his other two Fords.
Being a seaman, Pardillo proudly provides for his wife and two children. The Everest is said to be one of his most important purchase as ensures safe mobility for his family.
“I bought another Everest because I am very satisfied with the performance and quality of my Ford vehicles,” said Pardillo.
We thank Mr. Pardillo for his continued trust and support of the Ford brand through the years. For a family man, the Everest is a perfect vehicle – it’s one of the smartest and safest vehicles in its segment.
