Hino Motors Philippines (HMP) has been aggressive lately with the launch of its “greener” product line-up and modern take on PUVs. Now, the truck brand is expanding its foothold in the country as construction of its latest dealership begins.
Strategically located in the automotive hub of Negros Occidental, the branch will be built at Talisay, Metro Bacolod just across the premier Ayala North District. According to HMP, this will be a 3S dealership (sales, service, and spare parts), providing a one-stop shop for their customers.
The new branch will be owned by Truckmax Sales and Services, Inc. and will be under the direct management of its President Mr. Aylwin Y. Yap.
We at Hino Motors Philippines are always looking for opportunities to better serve the Philippine market by providing high quality trucks, buses and automated services while also strengthening our stronghold in the country. By opening more dealerships outside Metro Manila, we are able to bring efficient, durable, safe and eco-friendly trucks and buses to more Filipinos, especially in the Negros region where major industries require medium and heavy-duty trucks.

Negros Occidental is the third richest province in the Philippines thanks to its sugar and bioethanol fuel production. This makes expanding in the area very important for HMP so they can capitalize on the growing logistics demands of the province and provide efficient trucking solutions for the businesses in the region.
Recently, HMP launched its Euro IV commercial vehicle lineup featuring the 700 Series trucks. We reckon, the brand’s various products with cleaner engines would be a perfect fit for a province that’s one of the leaders in producing renewable energy in the country.
