The all-new Honda BR-V first made its appearance locally at the 8th Philippine International Motor Show. While it was only previewed at the event with no official specs being revealed, event-goers were able to see the vehicle in the metal and got to snoop around inside it. That being said, Honda Philippines has more news on the 7-seater as it has just announced a release date for it. It will launch on November 21, 2022, with order books now open at any of the Japanese brand’s 37 dealerships nationwide.
So this now begs the question, without the official specifications being revealed just yet what does it offer?
Spaciousness:
The All-New BR-V elevates its already spacious and comfortable cabin that provides better legroom and head clearance with its 7-seater SUV seating capacity that contains larger body dimensions and cargo space. With these upgraded features, this best-selling model is indeed purposely designed to serve the needs of the drivers and passengers, and provide comfort and utility space for the whole family.
SUV-like Styling:
With its improved ground clearance, and increased and newly designed sporty 17-inch alloy-wrapped 250/60R16 tires, this model features an enhanced rugged at the same time premium look for that SUV style and feel. Powering this 7-seater SUV is a 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC engine, mated with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) to deliver a smooth, refined,
and engaging driving experience.
MUV Value:
Interior-wise, the All-New BR-V features high-quality textures and a functional approach to achieve comfort and practicality for both driver and passengers. Leather seats are available for the VX CVT and V CVT variants, while High-Grade Fabric is available for S CVT and S MT variants. Furthermore, a first for this model, the All-New BR-V now features a Manual Height Adjuster and Adjustable Steering Wheel across all variants for added driver convenience.
