It was only a few months ago when Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) added the BR-V Touring, City Sport, and updated Odyssey to its lineup of vehicles. These special edition trims are designed to stand out from the sea of Hondas on the road.
This time, however, HCPI jumpstarts the rest of its lineup by adding new paint color options and special addition trims. Introducing, the Mobilio Premium CVT, CR-V Touring Diesel, and the Brilliant Sporty Blue Civic.
The Mobilio Premium CVT is based on the V CVT variant but with aesthetic updates. For the first time, the range-topper-exclusive White Orchid Pearl is available for the new Premium edition, which complements its shark’s fin antenna, exhaust pipe finisher, and Premium Edition emblem.
With a price tag of P968,000 (P10,000 higher than the V CVT trim), only 100 units of the Mobilio Premium CVT will roll out of the showrooms, which will start by November 2018.
On the other hand, the CR-V Diesel crossover gets its own update with the new CR-V Touring variant. Based on the existing 1.6 V Diesel 9AT, the Touring trim gets a refreshed front grille, running board, rear bumper protector, and exhaust pipe finisher. Of course, it comes with a limited version Touring Edition emblem.
The CR-V Touring Diesel 9AT has a price tag of P1,738,000 (P50,000 more than the regular V Diesel variant) and is available in White Orchid Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, and Dark Olive Metallic.
Last, but definitely not the least, the Honda Civic RS Turbo can now be had in a new color option – in Brilliant Sporty Blue. Commonly seen on Civics overseas, this new color trim gives the compact sedan a sporty hue, without any additional amount to the Civic RS Turbo’s P1,576,000 price tag. Only 30 units of the Brilliant Sporty Blue Civic RS Turbo will be sold in the Philippines for now.
As a special treat, HCPI is also throwing in a P30,000 discount to car buyers who will opt for the Mobilio Premium CVT and CR-V Touring Diesel 9AT.
