Looking for a vehicle that can sit up to 7 occupants? Well, you might want to consider the Honda BR-V, which has a starting price of just over million.
Debuting last September 2016 during the 6th Philippine International Motor Show, the BR-V is a 7-seater crossover, which sits between the Mobilio and the HR-V. Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is expecting the BR-V to help further boost its sales performance.
The BR-V has a bold and aggressive exterior design. Overall, the BR-V is more like an MPV that’s integrated with SUV styling. It has a large front bumper, sweptback headlights, a wide grille, and distinctive taillights. The BR-V also has a ground clearance of 201 mm and it is equipped with safety features such as Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and Hill Start Assist (HSA).
The BR-V is powered by a 1.5L i-VTEC engine that delivers 120 hp and 145 Nm of torque. It is then mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
The entry-level variant (S CVT) of the BR-V is emphasized by fog lights, roof rails, and 16-inch alloy wheels. It also comes with a 7-inch touchscreen display audio, and rear air conditioning with independent controls.
On the other hand, the top-of-the-line variant (V Navi CVT) is fitted with front and rear bumper garnish, skid garnish, and LED position light. It also has leather seats, smart entry with push start system, built-in navigation powered by Garmin, and paddle shifters. In addition, HCPI says the top variant has automatic front air conditioning system and power folding mirrors.

HCPI says the delivery of the 2017 BR-V will start in December. The official pricing today (2019) of the BR-V are as follows: 1.5 S CVT (P 1,035,000) and 1.5 V Navi CVT (P 1,555,000).
The All-New BR-V will be available with the following color options: Premium Amber Metallic (1.5 V Navi CVT only); White Orchid Pearl (1.5 V Navi CVT only and additional P 20,000); Lunar Silver Metallic; Modern Steel Metallic; Crystal Black Pearl; and Taffeta White (1.5 S CVT only).
