After introducing the limited edition CR-V, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) recently announced that the Odyssey gets an updated exterior and added safety features.
Outside, the Honda Odyssey EX-V Navi CVT receives a new platinum front grille and platinum skirts. Moreover, the luxury minivan gets a new pair of shoes with its 17-inch alloy wheels.
On the other hand, HCPI added more safety and convenience features such as outer door courtesy lights to guide passengers as they step in/out of the minivan. In addition, speed sensing door locks that activate at 15 km/h and auto power up/down on all windows have been added for a more convenient experience inside.
Speaking of convenience, the Odyssey is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen head unit with navigation, while the rear passengers get a 9-inch entertainment system with DVD and HDMI.
The new Honda Odyssey still has its capable 2.4L DOHC i-VTEC engine paired with the Earth Dreams Technology continuously variable transmission (CVT). The power unit can put out 175 hp and 226 Nm of torque.
