Hyundai Motors Philippines Inc. (HMPH) is commemorating its 3rd anniversary through a special run of the Hyundai Mobility Experience this June 20 to 22 at the Bonifacio High Street (BHS) Amphitheater, featuring local icons, and activities that are brimming with discounts, freebies, and exclusive prizes.
Starting with the activities on BHS Amphitheater, Hyundai’s full fleet, including the recently launched Elantra and Creta, as well as its bestsellers such as the Staria, Stargazer X, Santa Fe, and Tucson. Additionally, through Hyundai and Knowell’s donate-a-bag initiative, customers will get a free Hyundai-branded Knowell bag for every test drive or reservation made from June 21 through 22. For every reservation, Hyundai will also donate an equivalent bag to a chosen foundation. During the event, visitors can also expect performances from local artists such as Lola Amour, Sam Conception, and Sarah Geronimo, Hyundai’s Brand Ambassador.
Moving on to the C1 Park, open from Saturday until Sunday this week, the Ioniq 5 N and the Elantra N will be on display at the HME’s N corner, where customers can experience Hyundai’s motorsports roots through a virtual simulator where they can race to win exclusive N merchandise. Moreover, the C1 park will also house the Aftersales Mobility for All Hub, where customers can enjoy quality time with their loved ones, and furry ones, through various activities such as a workshop hosted by Robothink, where kids aged five to 12 can learn about the basics of simple engineering by creating their own mini electric car, and the Furbility Photobooth, allowing visitors to take home photo souvenirs with their pets. The Aftersales Mobility for All Hub will also feature a dedicated aftersales corner, where visitors can pre-book their services as well as know more about Hyundai Genuine Parts.
Registered customers who reserve the Stargazer and the Creta on-site can also expect to gain a P10,000 e-voucher discount upon purchase.
Rumors that the Kona will be reintroduced during this HME intensify as a news release states that “Hyundai will be reintroducing an iconic nameplate, marking the return of one of the brand’s subcompact SUVs.” If the Kona is to return, it is said to feature either a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated MPi petrol engine that pushes 147 hp and 179 Nm of torque or a 1.0-liter turbocharged engine that bumps the power up to 118 hp and 200 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed DCT. Additionally, it is also expected to offer a third, 1.6-liter turbocharged variant as well as a 1.6-liter GDI hybrid variant.
Hyundai Motors Philippines encourages everyone to visit the festivities that they have prepared at the Hyundai Mobility Experience happening from June 20 through 22 at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheatre as well as the C1 Park, as it celebrates its third year as the official sales subsidiary and distributor of Hyundai passenger cars here in the Philippines.
