After the success of the IONIQ 5 N, which bagged plenty of awards, Hyundai is back with another sporty EV. Hyundai has released the first photos of the new IONIQ 6 N, which will soon join the brand’s electric car lineup. This new model will build on the success of the IONIQ 5 N, which became popular for its strong performance and fun driving feel.
The teaser images show the IONIQ 6 N with a sleek, sporty shape. The car was designed to offer better performance at high speeds, with features such as flared fenders, a wider stance, lightweight wheels, and a large rear wing spoiler. Hyundai says these features help with aerodynamic efficiency and improve the car’s handling and stability.
The IONIQ 6 N is made to tick three performance goals that Hyundai uses for its N models. These are Corner Rascal (sharp cornering and handling), Racetrack Capability (strong performance on the track), and Everyday Sports Car (fun to drive in daily use). The brand says the new model is made to deliver an exciting and easy-to-control driving experience.
Hyundai has not shared full details yet, but the new sedan will be officially revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the world’s biggest car events. Hyundai’s Vice President and Head of N Management Group, Joon Park, mentioned that launching the IONIQ 6 N at Goodwood is a way to connect directly with fans of high-performance cars.
“IONIQ 6 N will once again disrupt the high-performance EV segment to deliver exciting driving experiences to our fans. We chose to debut the IONIQ 6 N at Goodwood Festival of Speed to be as close to our fans as possible.”
Hyundai is adding more fun-to-drive electric cars to its lineup, and the IONIQ 6 N is next. The IONIQ 5 N has already won the hearts of many drivers around the world. For now, you can explore the IONIQ 5 N and other Hyundai models on AutoDeal.com.ph.
