If you want your car running in proper condition you have to keep up with your car’s preventive maintenance schedule. Not only does it prevent issues in your vehicle from forming, but it also keeps you safe from potentially big costs by addressing problems early on.
However, due to our hectic schedules, most of us don’t really have time to spare to head out and bring our cars to a service center. Luckily for Hyundai owners, Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. is making it easier to get people their beloved Hyundai vehicles the service they need through the Hyundai Mobile Service (HMS).
This new initiative from Hyundai allows certified technicians to conduct routine maintenance and repairs for your vehicle right at your doorstep, or at any location of your choosing for added convenience. The service fleet features Staria Cargo units fully outfitted with the necessary tools and equipment for performing maintenance and repairs on Hyundai vehicles. The carmaker assures customers that they can anticipate the same global procedures and standards applied at authorized Hyundai service centers during this remote service. Basically, instead of you heading to the “Casa”, the “Casa” comes to you.
“We see this initiative as our way of reaching out to more of our patrons. To show them that we are here as their trusted partner, the same way as they have entrusted their choice of vehicle to us. And this is just the beginning of the initiatives lined up for the year”.
Also, if you’re worried that your Hyundai might be too old, Hyundai says the service will apply to all Hyundai models, irrespective of variant or year of production. Additionally, HMS provides emergency roadside assistance for unexpected incidents and conducts roadside repairs when necessary.
The program will first launch at eight participating Hyundai dealerships across the country, namely: Hyundai Abad Santos, Bacolod, Baliwag, E. Rodriguez, Iloilo, Las Pinas, Pampanga, and Santiago in Isabela. Mobile service is accessible Monday through Saturday within the operating hours of the participating dealers. In addition, four additional dealerships are poised to join the mobile service program shortly. These include Hyundai Cagayan De Oro, Hyundai Calamba, Hyundai Commonwealth, and Hyundai Southern Mindanao.
