Inchcape Philippines, the official distributor of Changan vehicles in the country, has confirmed that the Changan Eado Plus will make its Philippine debut on March 25, 2026.
First introduced in China back in 2012, the Eado nameplate was developed to meet growing demand for cars that combine modern styling with everyday efficiency. It quickly gained traction in its home market thanks to its balance of comfort, tech features, and solid performance.
Locally, Filipinos got their first taste of the Eado lineup in 2025 with the arrival of the Eado EV460, which was deployed as part of a fleet through EV Taxi Corp’s partnership with Inchcape Philippines and Changan.
This time around, the spotlight is on the Eado Plus, which Inchcape will formally introduce to the local passenger car market later this month. Once it arrives, the model will stand as Changan’s only sedan offering in the Philippines, and it’s expected to play a key role as one of the brand’s major sales drivers in its lineup.
The Eado Plus will be offered in two variants: Lite and Luxe, giving sedan buyers a couple of options depending on their needs and budget. Changan is positioning the car as a stylish yet practical daily driver, pairing a sleek exterior with a roomy cabin and a suite of intelligent driving technologies. The goal is to deliver a sedan that offers plenty of features while still providing strong value for money.
The Eado Plus is a part of Changan’s push to provide technologically advanced products to its market base, now with a focus on transforming towards being a provider of intelligent and low-carbon mobility.
We’ll keep you posted once the Changan Eado Plus makes its debut. For now, visit the Changan Car Guide to browse the brand’s exciting lineup of crossovers, electric vehicles, and hybrids.
