Isuzu Philippines reopens its Isuzu Manila dealership under the Yuchengco Group of Companies with a new Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) design. This is the 9th nationwide dealership to adopt the automaker’s latest design philosophy for its facilities. The redesigned dealership sits on a total floor area of 9,606-sqm that features a showroom display area that can accommodate one commercial vehicle (CV) as well as three other light commercial vehicles (LCV). With this, customers can get a better experience of the brand’s lineup of vehicles such as the Isuzu mu-X and the Isuzu D-MAX. It is also important to note that the facility itself also has room for a customer lounge on top of having a large display area. At the back of the dealership, it features a service workshop that is spread out on 3 floors for 5 CVs and 16 LCVs, as well as a parts warehouse.
We want to reinforce the image of Isuzu not just by standing out from the rest but also through providing an enhanced experience for our customers. The new look shows Isuzu’s robust character and DNA as the world’s leader in diesel engine manufacturing. We hope to attract more customers to experience Isuzu’s reliability, safety and comfort.
To get to its new IOS design, Isuzu Manila had to undergo several changes to adopt its new look. During phase 1 of its construction work had to be done to the showroom as well as to the service facia, tower signage, and sales reception area of the facility. Phase 2 of the makeover isn’t complete yet as it will be focusing on the intricacies of the interior of the dealership. The facility is expected to complete its interior overhaul sometime in the second quarter of 2022.
