Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) continues to broaden its presence in the Cavite region, marking a significant expansion with the inauguration of Isuzu Dasmariñas. This establishment will be under the capable management of Iconic Dealership Inc. (IDI), representing the second dealership venture of IDI within the province. Concurrently, they have taken the decision to permanently shutter their Isuzu Imus outlet, streamlining their focus on serving two key cities within Cavite, namely Isuzu Dasmariñas and Isuzu Bacoor.
Speaking on the rise of Isuzu’s latest dealership, IDI President Toti Zara remarked, “The Isuzu brand has always been a jewel within IDI, it amounts to a one-third of our business, and with this relocation we expect better returns in future as it is located at the crossroads of two major thoroughfare, meaning there will be better visibility and accessibility to our customers in the area. The opening is also very timely, since the industry is expecting to reach pre-pandemic level by the end of the year, hopefully fully recovered by next year.”
Located along the Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, the new dealership features an extensive 5,000 square meters of land, housing a large showroom capable of showcasing up to three vehicles, including trucks. Its expansive façade provides abundant parking options for customers, meaning there are no worries about where to park if you happen to visit the dealership.
Built with customer satisfaction as a top priority, the dealership is equipped with a cozy customer lounge, accommodating customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. This service facility has seven service bays catering to a range of vehicles, from light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks.
Isuzu proudly proclaims that the dealership is in complete adherence to the Isuzu Outlet Standard. A standard that places a paramount emphasis not only on sales but also on the holistic customer experience.
“Considered as of one of the most competitive cities not just in CALABARZON but nationwide, Dasmarinas’ growth over the past years as shown to be strategic for Isuzu to set foot in this area. We are happy that through IDI the brand will have bigger presence not just in this city but in the entire province in the next years to come. We are confident that with IDI’s expertise in providing excellent customer service, will be able to take good care of our customers in this area similar to other dealerships they operate.”
The newly opened dealership is the latest addition to Isuzu’s 48 outlets scattered across the country. The new dealership promises to not only expand Isuzu’s influence but also to provide a much more convenient service hub for its customers in the Dasmariñas area.
