JETOUR Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) just posted its best sales run yet among CAMPI members, and the numbers earned it a title: the country's top-selling plug-in hybrid electric vehicle brand for the first half of 2026, according to the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines.
The result puts JETOUR among the stronger-performing brands within the CAMPI roster and reflects the growing demand for its electrified lineup, particularly the Lightning i-DM series. The range currently includes the JETOUR T1 Lightning i-DM, T2 Lightning i-DM, and X70 Lightning i-DM.
According to United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), the parent company of JETOUR Auto Philippines, the milestone represents more than just sales figures. “This is not simply about the numbers. For us, it is about the confidence Filipino consumers have placed in JETOUR,” said UAAGI Chairman Rommel Sytin. “We are sincerely grateful to our customers, dealers, and employees who have helped us reach this point.”
JETOUR Auto Philippines Managing Director Miguelito Jose added that the recognition further strengthens the company's commitment to electrified mobility in the local market.
The brand's growth has also been supported by an expanding dealer network, increased customer engagement, and a more active marketing campaign aimed at introducing JETOUR to a wider audience. Its efforts include digital campaigns, product education, partnerships, social media activities, and owner-focused events.
JETOUR has also been building a community around its vehicles through off-road experiences, owner gatherings, and car club drives. The company says these activities are part of its broader effort to develop relationships beyond the traditional customer and dealership experience.
Looking ahead, JETOUR Auto Philippines plans to continue expanding its presence nationwide. The company is working toward a network of nearly 30 dealerships, with additional facilities currently in development across Metro Manila, Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
After-sales support is also set to grow alongside the dealer network. Through UAAGI's wider infrastructure, the group now has 126 unified dealerships nationwide, providing customers with greater access to sales and service support.
With the second half of 2026 underway, JETOUR says it will remain focused on expanding its electrified vehicle lineup, strengthening customer service, and supporting the continued shift toward more sustainable mobility in the Philippines. For the brand, its position as the country's leading PHEV seller in the first half of the year is an encouraging milestone, but one that also raises the bar for what comes next.
