In the town of Sto. Tomas, Batangas, a new Kia dealership was inaugurated. Last April 29, 2022, the South Korean car brand opened its doors in the area with the Gateway Group for the fifth time, with the Sto. Tomas dealership marking the 5th establishment under Kia’s dealer partner.
The new showroom in Batangas implements the South Korean marque’s new design language that is in line with the “Movement that inspires” tagline that Kia’s going with for all of its marketing.
During the inauguration, a turnover ceremony was also held for three new members of the Kia family who were among the first to experience the latest and greatest that a Kia Dealership had to offer which included the personnel, the latest vehicles on display, and the reliable aftersales services. Ms. Alyssa May Bay, is the proud new owner of a Kia Stonic EX and Kia K2500 Karga along with Ms. Claire Chito who also got a Kia K2500 on the day itself. Lastly, Ms. Theresie Anyayahan became the new owner of a Kia Soluto EX on inauguration day.
Gateway and Kia Philippines have had a fruitful relationship thus far. The dynamic partnership between Gateway Dealership, the official operator of Kia Sto. Tomas and Kia Philippines have been crucial in growing Kia in the Philippines. The Gateway Group also owns four other dealerships on top of the one that just opened, these include Kia Mandaue, Kia Gorodo, Kia Talisay, and Kia San Pablo.
“I trust in the Kia brand and I am positive about the value that it can bring to Filipinos through Kia Philippines. Together, we can greatly contribute in uplifting the country’s transportation industry.”
Mr. Manny Aligada then went on to express the same level of optimism: “Gateway is a significant business partner and valued dealer group owner. They are exemplars in terms of executing the Kia mission and vision to provide quality products and services to the Filipino consumers.”
