Kia Philippines is proud to announce that the brand is expanding its reach customers and clients east of Metro Manila with the opening of Kia Marikina. Following the launch of the brand’s new crossover, the Kia Stonic crossover, more steps are being taken to reach all consumers across the National Capital Region (NCR).
Located in the business district of the city, the service center stands at the corner of Gil Fernando Avenue and Mt. Everest Street, Marikina City. As the latest addition to Kia Philippines’ network, the establishment stands and is now ready to provide for all the services and needs of a well-loved Kia vehicle.
Advan Motor, Inc. is the new partner that has inked an agreement to uphold the values of the Kia brand in the Philippines. Kia’s new partner has been in the car dealership industry since 1998.
Our goal to reach more Filipinos by partnering with strong and experienced associates and affiliates is aggressively being realized. Rest assured that as we boost our reach by placing facilities in strategic locations around the archipelago, we will continue to surprise our customers with quality products and dependable aftersales initiatives.
Parts and services are available for all Kia vehicles, as well as a roster of top-caliber mechanics. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of Kia’s online presence by booking a service reservation online via Kia Marikina-Advan Motor, Inc.’s Facebook page.
Like all Kia dealerships, the Marikina Service Center promises to extend family-like treatment to the vehicle and the owner as it offers the same “service with a heart” approach to customer service under the Kia Promise to Care program.
On top of normal services, the center also offers free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance through Kia Marikina Service Center or by answering the online form in Kia Philippines’ Facebook page.
The 24/7 services are as follows:
- Emergency towing
- Minor on-site Repair
- Personal assistance
- Medical assistance
- Information service
The Kia Marikina Service Center is the second of the four dealerships planned to open this year. It follows the opening of Kia Fairview, and the two other centers that will open their doors soon is Kia BGC and Kia Isabela. The move brings the total number of dealerships from 30 at the start of the year, to 38 with the opening of the new Marikina location.
