Lexus released a teaser of the all-new LS 500 F SPORT ahead of its global debut at the 2017 New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) this month. According to the Japanese premium brand, the new sedan will give the most engaging LS driving experience yet.
The image gives us a clear look of the LS 500 F SPORT’s rear end. From the looks of it, the vehicle is pretty much the same as the regular LS variant, launched in January 2017. The only exception is the F SPORT badge.
However, this doesn’t mean nothing has changed. According to Lexus, the all-new LS 500 F SPORT will come with the premium brand’s global architecture for luxury vehicles called GA-L. The Japanese premium brand says this gives the LS 500 an enhanced handling, a smooth ride, and a quiet cabin.
Lexus has yet to reveal the interior and powertrain details of the vehicle but, the automaker did confirm that the F SPORT badge will be available on the LS 500 and LS 500h.
For more updates, we’ll have to wait for the 2017 NYIAS that’s set to kick off on April 14.
