AC Motors is holding a promotion for its Maxus brand in the country, with the G50 being the primary headlining model on offer. Maxus Philippines is offering huge cash discounts for the compact MPV, bringing its pricing back to its pre-2022 days.
Filipino families that need a “more in one,” as Maxus Philippines puts it, can opt for the G50. With eight seats, plenty of features, safety, and practicality no matter what variant, the Maxus G50 is a capable family car with good value for money.
Even with its affordable price tag, Maxus Philippines pairs its MPV with capable motors. The model in its top-spec is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It’s good value for money since turbo technology can get quite expensive and it certainly helps when the roads open up or the incline gets steep. Meanwhile, a solid 1.3-liter turbo motor fills in the entry-level and offers capable performance for hauling and daily driving.
On top of that, there are also features that will keep the cabin a nice place to be in. For starters, the model will get a 12-inch infotainment system, leather seats, automatic climate control, mobile wireless chagrin, LED headlights, and a power tailgate for the Premium variant. Though, if you feel that you don’t need the sunroof, wireless charging, LEDs, and a power tailgate, you can also opt for the Elite which is still plenty capable.
One area that Maxus Philippines didn’t skip out on is the safety and reliability of the model. Maxus values safety for its passengers, and entrusting your family’s safety to a vehicle is a tall order that the G50 aims to fill. The model comes equipped to the max for the price thanks to rear parking sensors, electronic stability control, electronic brake assist, and hill hold control to keep you out of harm’s way. On top of that, the G50 is equipped with modern driving aids such as an electronic parking brake with auto hold, a reverse camera (for Pro variants and up), or a 360-degree camera that lets you see everything around you (for Premium and Elite variants).
The G50 Pro and Elite are available with a cash discount of P103,000 which brings their prices down to P1,076,000 and P1,156,000, respectively. The G50 Premium on the other hand is available with a cash discount of P50,000, which nets it a price of P1,288,000.
Furthermore, other Maxus vehicles are also getting discounts that you can’t miss:
