Celebrating a remarkable two decades of the iconic "Zoom-Zoom" philosophy, Mazda Philippines introduces the new Mazda6 range, brimming with a host of design, dynamic, safety, and connectivity updates, including the exclusive 20th Anniversary Edition model.
Over the course of 20 years and through three generations, the Mazda6 mid-size sedan has undergone a transformative evolution that truly embodies the essence of Mazda's Zoom-Zoom brand DNA. As the brand itself progressed towards a heightened sense of premium and refinement, the Mazda6 has grown and matured alongside it.

To commemorate this significant milestone, the Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition boasts distinctive features, including special badging on the front fenders, a high-gloss front grille, and elegant high-gloss silver 19-inch alloy wheels. Elevating its design even further, this limited edition model comes exclusively in the newly-developed Takuminuri Colors, namely Artisan Red Premium and Rhodium White Premium.
Mazda places great emphasis on color as an essential element of its design philosophy, and to achieve the highest quality finish, they have introduced the Takuminuri Colors. Rhodium White Premium, a pristine white hue inspired by Japanese aesthetics, highlights the Mazda6's surface shadows, adding depth and a touch of metallic texture. On the other hand, Artisan Red Premium exudes a deep and rich red reminiscent of mature red wine, accentuating the car's lines and delivering a high level of contrast and sophistication.

The Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition's interior reflects the brand's commitment to craftsmanship, featuring a tan color palette that exudes sophistication. The cabin is adorned with luxurious Leganu suede running the length of the dashboard and full-grain Nappa leather seats, providing a rich and dignified ambiance. To reinforce its exclusivity, the front seat headrests bear the 20th anniversary logo.

Limited to only 40 units in the Philippines, with 20 units each in Rhodium White Premium and Artisan Red Premium, the Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition ensures an extraordinary and rare ownership experience.
The enhancements extend across the entire new Mazda6 range. The electric power steering has been refined to offer more tactile feedback at medium and high speeds, complementing the improved dynamic performance powered by the 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G engine. With 187 hp at 6,000 rpm and 252 Nm at 4,000 rpm, this engine strikes a perfect balance between performance and refinement. Moreover, the Mazda6 now features cylinder deactivation, automatically switching between four and two-cylinder modes to improve fuel efficiency without compromising performance.
Safety remains a paramount concern for Mazda, and the new Mazda6 is equipped with a range of safety features, including Mazda Radar Cruise Control, Smart Brake Support, Front and Rear Smart City Brake Support, and Driver Attention Alert. These additions complement the already existing i-ACTIVSENSE features, such as Adaptive LED Headlights, Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, making the new Mazda6 the safest one yet.
The interior receives further upgrades, including black Nappa leather seats with front seat ventilation, black Leganu suede interior inserts, and high levels of appointment with a 10-way power driver's seat with memory, six-way power front passenger's seat, dual-zone climate control, an 11-speaker BOSE® sound system, and an electric sunroof. Enhanced connectivity is achieved through Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless charging.
Steven Tan, President of Mazda Philippines, expresses his excitement about the Mazda6's enduring popularity among driving enthusiasts and describes the 20th Anniversary Edition as a tribute to those who share the brand's passion for driving.
Exclusively available in a Sports Wagon body style, the 2023 Mazda6 range introduces two new hues—Rhodium White Premium and Platinum Quartz—to the color lineup, which already includes Soul Red Crystal, Machine Gray, Polymetal Gray, Deep Crystal Blue, Sonic Silver, and Jet Black. The 2023 Mazda6 is priced at ₱2,100,000, while the limited-edition Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition is priced at ₱2,200,000.
