MG Motor Philippines brought together its dealer and bank partners from across the country for the 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards, held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City. With the theme “More Than Greatness,” the event celebrated the strong collaboration and achievements that helped fuel the brand’s continued growth throughout 2025.
Held on March 5, 2026, SAIC Motor Philippines, Inc. hosted the Dealer Conference 2026, where company leaders shared plans and initiatives for the year ahead. The session also aligned dealer partners on key strategic priorities moving forward. During the conference, several dealerships were also recognized for achieving 100 percent of their January 2026 sales targets, highlighting the network’s strong start to the year.
In the second half of the day, the spotlight shifted to the gala ceremony, where MG Motor Philippines recognized top-performing partners across several categories. These included Sales Excellence, Aftersales Excellence, Customer Service Excellence, Marketing Excellence, and Bank Partner Recognition. The awards highlighted the contributions of dealerships and financial institutions that helped strengthen the brand’s nationwide presence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
In the marketing category, dealerships were recognized for their efforts in digital engagement and lead generation. MG Greenhills, MG Pulilan, and MG Cebu Central received the Digital Driver Award for NCR, Luzon, and VisMin, respectively. Meanwhile, MG Libis, MG Dasmariñas, and MG Cebu Mandaue were recognized as Lead Champions in their respective regions.
Financial partners were also acknowledged for their role in supporting MG customers. Bank of the Philippine Islands was named the top bank partner, followed by China Bank Savings and Banco de Oro Unibank.
After-sales excellence was also awarded. MG BF Parañaque led NCR in both the Best in Units Received and Best in Parts Wholesale categories, while MG Bacoor and MG Iloilo topped their respective regions for units received. For parts wholesale, the honors went to MG Batangas in Luzon and MG Davao Matina in VisMin. MG Iloilo also took home the Best in Aftersales Award.
Sales-related recognitions were also handed out to dealerships that excelled in customer relationship management and overall sales operations. The Top CRM Lite Utilization Award went to MG Libis for NCR, MG San Fernando for Luzon, MG Cebu Talisay for Visayas, and MG General Santos for Mindanao.
For Excellence in Sales Operations, MG Alabang emerged as the NCR champion, with MG Libis and MG Makati as runners-up. In Luzon, MG Batangas took the top spot, followed by MG Dasmariñas and MG Nueva Ecija. In the Visayas, MG Cebu Talisay claimed the championship, with MG Iloilo and MG Cebu Mandaue finishing second and third. Over in Mindanao, MG Davao secured the top position, followed by MG Davao Matina and MG General Santos.
Another highlight of the night was the Top Rookie Dealer Award, which recognizes the best-performing newly established MG dealership based on both sales performance and after-sales operations during its first two years. For 2025, the honor went to MG Kawit, led by Tito Solomon, Raymond Gallardo, Edgar Biscarra, and Dennis Algarate.
The evening’s biggest recognition, the Dealer of the Year Award, was presented to the dealership that demonstrated outstanding performance across vehicle sales, aftersales operations, customer satisfaction, and overall brand representation. For the second year in a row, MG Iloilo claimed the title, led by Peter Po, Carol Po, Jan Andrew Po, Lorenz Aguilar, and the rest of the Iloilo team.
Accepting the award, Jan Andrew Po, Dealer President of MG Iloilo, said, “This recognition reflects the dedication and teamwork of our entire dealership, and our shared commitment to delivering the best possible experience to every MG customer we serve.”
“The past year has been a testament to what we can achieve when our dealer network, partners, and MG Philippines move forward with a shared vision. Together, we have built a strong foundation for growth by delivering global-quality vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. ‘More Than Greatness’ reflects our collective ambition to go beyond expectations, continuously raise the bar, and create even greater milestones for the MG brand in the Philippines.”
