The tour is on the move. MG Motor Philippines has officially launched the MG New Energy Tour, a nationwide roadshow that lets more Filipinos see and test MG’s latest hybrid and electric vehicles. The tour started at SM City Iloilo from September 26 to 28, 2025, and is set to travel to more provinces and cities.
Some of the stops include Davao (SM Ecoland, October 17–19), Cebu (SM Seaside, November 7–9), and Metro Manila (BGC Amphitheater, November 14). More provinces, such as Pampanga and Laguna, will also be part of the roadshow.
Leading the lineup is the MG Cyberster, the brand’s first all-electric sports car, joined by the All-New MG ZS Hybrid+. Other MG new energy vehicles will also be featured at each stop, which amplifies the brand’s smarter mobility agenda. Guests can also check out the Interactive Hybrid Visual Module, a special display showing MG’s eight driving modes. It explains how the system shifts between pure electric, hybrid, and gasoline power depending on driving needs.
Aside from displays and test drives, visitors can join fun activities, enjoy freebies, and get access to exclusive offers. MG is giving up to P400,000 in cash discounts on select new energy vehicles. Buyers can also choose a zero percent interest plan for up to 60 months with only a 20 percent down payment.
Felix Jiang, President of MG Philippines, mentioned that the MG New Energy Tour is a way to bring the brand closer to Filipinos by showing that cars today can be smarter and greener while still being practical for everyday use.
The MG New Energy Tour will move nationwide soon, giving more people the chance to experience its hybrid and electric cars and learn about what’s next for MG. If you miss the roadshow, you can still shop for your MG online through AutoDeal.com.ph without the hassle.
