Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is proud to announce that it recorded its best-ever sales figures for the multi-awarded Mitsubishi Xpander.
With a total of 1,207 units sold, the MPV secured a 60% growth versus its previous month. The best-selling model from Mitsubishi in the Philippines still stands as one of the strongest nameplates that MMPC has ever launched.
Equipped with a decent amount of features and a decent powertrain, the Mitsubishi Xpander serves as a practical option for many Philippine car buyers. Its expansive space and its modular seating only enhance its value proposition. While it may not be the most powerful with just 103 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque, the 7-seater boasts good levels of performance and fuel economy, and it still has the Dynamic Shield styling that made it such a hit back when it first launched.
Last year, the model was updated with a new grille, some new wheels, and updated pricing, bringing the most affordable model up to P1,008,000, and the most expensive model up to P1,143,000.
“We are very thankful for the continuous strong performance of the Mitsubishi Xpander in the Philippine market. We are grateful to the warm support that the public has shown to the nameplate. We assure our customers that we will continuously work inspired to deliver great products and dedicated service that will bring our brand closer to the hearts of the Filipinos.”
Even with its success, Mitsubishi is still continuing to offer the 7-seat MPV at an affordable price, made more affordable by its current promotions. MMPC is offering a low downpayment plan of P58,000 through the Downpour Deals Promo, or customers can avail of a zero-downpayment plan with up to three months of free amortization via The Bank of the Philippine Island’s (BPI’s) Save Up, Drive Up promo.
