Mitsubishi Philippines recognizing the efforts, selfless service, and huge contributions of frontliners in the country has introduced its “Hero Priority Lane” promo. The new promo aims to provide quick, convenient service, and a special change oil discount package.
Through the new promo, Frontliners will be given priority for all kinds of services at any Mitsubishi dealership. Walk-in Frontliner customers will be immediately accommodated by the service adviser and will be put on the list as a priority. They will also be prioritized in the billing, payment, and vehicle delivery in order to lessen their waiting time at the brand’s dealerships.
Qualified customers considered to be Frontliners by Mitsubishi Philippines
If you are a health worker such as a doctor of medicine, a nurse, a medical technologist, midwife, pharmacist, radiologic technologist, registered nutritionist, dietician, you are applicable for the Hero Priority lane. Uniformed personnel such as police officers, soldiers, firefights, and public order and safety officers can also benefit from the new promo. Delivery service operators such as Grab, Lalamove, and other goods transport-related workers can also avail of the promo.
These frontliners will be assigned to a priority lane when they visit any of Mitsubishi’s dealerships for maintenance or repair services for their vehicle. In order to avail of the promo, the frontline worker must present a valid government-issued ID and work ID as proof of their profession. The vehicle that the frontline worker brings to the dealership must be under their name, his/her spouse, or any immediate family in order for the promo to be applicable.

Frontliners are also entitled to special discounts on items included in the change oil package. Discounts will be given for engine oil (fully synthetic or mineral), engine oil filter, engine oil drain plug gasket, and labor fee of half an hour (0.5 hours)
Mitsubishi Philippines dealerships that are still under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) shall also honor the promo as soon as the facilities open or as soon as the ECQ is lifted in the area. The “Hero Priority Lane” promo is only valid from May 6, 2020, to June 30, 2020.
