
Finally, the new Ford Everest is getting a much-anticipated update by August 9, 2019. These upgrades include a new engine and transmission that will improve its power and handling. This generation of the Everest will also include a couple of changes to the exterior, interior, and as well as new driver-assist technologies.
The Everest first launched in the Philippines in 2003, It was the blue oval’s breakthrough SUV for the local market. Since it launched the Everest was able to sell 65,000 units nationwide. Its widespread popularity in the succeeding years after its launch has made it one of the top mid-size SUVs in the country and Ford’s top-seller in the last few years.
In order to show off the new Everest, the Blue Oval is bringing back its experiential test drive event called the Ford Island Conquest, with the Everest as the featured test drive vehicle. Now on its third year, the Ford Island Conquest will kick off at MegaTent Events Venue in Libis Quezon City on August 10 and 11, 2019 from 9:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. It is open to the public and free of charge.
Along with this test drive event is an exclusive offer, all customers reserving the new Ford Everest at the two-day event will get 5-year free Scheduled Service Plan to complement their purchase.
Not to be left out the rest of the Ford PH lineup will also be on display during the Ford Island Conquest event. Those who reserve an Ecosport, Mustang, Ranger Wildtrak, XLT or XLS, or Expedition will have the chance to get an additional cash discount of as much as P100,000 on top of the existing Truck Month and Big Deal offers. In addition, over one million cash discounts and prizes are up for grabs during the two-day event.
