Last July, the Blue Oval badge confirmed the arrival of its latest compact crossover. Now, time to mark your calendars as the new Ford Territory is set to be launched on August 14, 2020.
As per Ford Philippines, the said launch event will be done virtually. Like the rest of its current lineup, the brand strongly believes that the new Ford Territory shall deliver great value to Filipino customers who are looking for a stylish, spacious, and technologically-advanced vehicle.
For the Philippine market, this new compact crossover will be made available in two variants, a Trend and Titanium trim. Ford Philippines also specified that it will also come with some exciting features, such as a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, adaptive park assist with parallel and perpendicular parking function, and many more.
It is confirmed that the Philippine-specced Territory will benefit from a 1.5-liter EcoBoost motor, power figures remain unknown for now. However, the said mill is set to enter the country paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
With that said, it’s safe to say that the Ford Territory will be a feature-packed vehicle in terms of standard equipment. So how much is it? Estimates say that pricing should range from P800,000 to a bit over the P1,200,000, which gives it a highly attractive and competitive price point.
Apart from its great value proposition, customers can expect lower service maintenance costs with a once a year scheduled service interval instead of the regular servicing that is done twice a year all thanks to its new powertrain.
If you are in the market for a new compact crossover, the Ford Territory could be your next vehicle of choice. It offers interested buyers the prospect of a feature pack compact crossover at an attainable and competitive price. We’ll keep you updated with the latest information once the all-new vehicle launches.
