Exciting news for car lovers and potential buyers in Mindanao! Astara Philippines just celebrated the opening of its second JMC dealership in the region, located in Butuan City.
Astara Philippines proudly inaugurated the new JMC Butuan dealership at Samping’s Place, J.C. Aquino Avenue. Operated by Globalcars Inc., a well-known multi-brand distributor, the new showroom follows closely after the first one in Davao within just a few days.
The dealership features two of the popular pickups from JMC: the Grand Avenue and the Vigus. The Grand Avenue is available for Php 1,221,000 and includes luxury features like leather upholstery, automatic climate control, electrically adjustable front seats, and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It is powered by a 2.3-liter turbo diesel engine and offers both 4x2 and 4x4 variants.
On the other hand, the Vigus, starting at Php 959,000, is equipped with a 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine and is available in manual transmission and 4x2 or 4x4 configurations. It is made to handle heavy hauling and towing, making it a good choice for business needs.
Both vehicles come with a 5-year/150,000-kilometer warranty, a lifetime engine warranty, and free roadside assistance for the first year.
MJ del Pilar, Sales Director of JMC Philippines, mentioned the rapid back-to-back openings as a sign of the strong need for JMC's strong vehicle lineup. On the other hand, Jun Osin, President of JMC Butuan, expressed confidence in meeting the needs of the local market.
“The launching of our second JMC Philippines showroom, just two days after our first one in Davao, shows the great interest and demand for this exciting brand. JMC Butuan offers our valued customers in Mindanao with an additional location to see and experience our high-quality pickups. We are proud to offer vehicles that provide Filipinos with reliable mobility and class-leading features.”
