Nissan Cabanatuan found itself in the spotlight recently after being recognized as the 2017 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year.
Owned and operated by Royce Motors, Inc., Nissan Cabanatuan achieved the accolade after demonstrating a thorough commitment to online customer service throughout 2017. Contributing to this were industry-leading response times, lead to sale conversion rates, and customer feedback scores.
The award was presented in a private ceremony to Royce Motors, Inc. President Ms. Cora Jacinto during a general assembly of Nissan dealers in Bonifacio Global City. In addition to the Dealer of the Year trophy, Ms. Jacinto also accepted the award for 2017 Sales Agent of the Year on behalf of Annabelle Ortega, a Royce Motors Inc. representative from Nissan Isabela.
With more than three-hundred dealers in the running, competition for AutoDeal’s first ever Dealer of the Year Award was incredibly tight, according to AutoDeal Co-Founder Christopher L. Franks.
“We have seen much improvement this year in terms of response time, customer care, and conversion rate on the AutoDeal platform. While several dealers from other key brands came close, Nissan Cabanatuan can take pride that they not only tallied the best overall, but that they are setting the benchmark for online customer service in the Philippines.”

All of the data used in 2017 AutoDeal Awards was aggregated through transactional data collected across the AutoDeal.com.ph platform. The award makes up a total of four (4) awards won by the Nissan brand in the inaugural AutoDeal Awards program.
